On the website, we built a site from scratch and were able to perfectly tailor it to fit Donna’s vibe and her goals. Once mood boards were approved, copy was written, and the website was launched, we focused on Donna’s social media presence and her goal of starting a radio show.
In an effort to reach a wider audience, we chose the podcast route and began Sex and Couples Therapy with The Happy Ending Therapist (available wherever you listen to podcasts). With a myriad of research and testing, we planned out specific podcast topics that related to what Donna was seeing in real sessions and worked towards the goal of normalizing the problems that real people face and removing the stigma around therapy.
On the social side, at the end of each month, we utilized monthly analytics meetings to analyze the traffic we were seeing on the website with the content being pushed out on social media and the podcast to find correlations, identify the areas users were gravitating towards, and comparing that to people that were reaching out to become new clients.
Today, now that Donna’s original goal was reached, our efforts with Donna have shifted to a broader goal in gaining sponsors for her podcast and focusing on educating her audience on specific niche areas of therapy.
