Interim Marketing Strategy & Brand Foundation for Poyant Signs
From there, we developed a comprehensive marketing and positioning strategy that included:
- Brand identity development, including brand guidelines, fonts, color palettes, ADA-compliant color considerations, photography direction, video treatments, icons, and design assets
- Social media strategy and guidance on campaign direction
- Website strategy and development planning, including support through a full site redesign
- Lead generation and vendor management, coordinating outside sales teams, paid media vendors, and marketing partners
- Interim marketing leadership, acting as an extension of the Poyant Signs team
Throughout the process, TFG effectively operated as their interim marketing department. We joined vendor calls, provided strategic recommendations, and guided decision-making to ensure every marketing effort aligned with the company’s goals.
1.0 Why It Matters
3.0 Result:
The partnership resulted in a fully structured marketing framework that the Poyant Signs team could continue to build on long after the engagement ended.
Key outcomes included:
- An overarching marketing plan aligned to meet their business goals
- A clearly defined brand identity and positioning strategy
- Website and social media strategies that previously did not exist
- Improved vendor oversight and coordination, ensuring the best services and pricing
- A centralized process that streamlined marketing efforts through one strategic lens
- Successful onboarding and collaboration with new internal team members
Most importantly, we provided the company with the infrastructure, strategy, and creative foundation needed to continue their marketing efforts internally.
This project is a strong example of how TFG operates as an extension of a client’s team. By stepping in where support is needed most, organizing complex efforts, and building sustainable systems, we help organizations move forward with clarity, confidence, and the tools to succeed long term.
