When Ice9 Productions decided to expand into the trade show industry, they weren’t looking for a quick website refresh. They were launching an entirely new side of their business, and they wanted to make sure they got it right.

We partnered with the Ice9 team from the ground up, helping them define who they were, who they wanted to reach, and how to tell that story. Before we touched a logo or designed a webpage, we started with research. We conducted an anonymous survey with employees, interviewed current and prospective clients, and gathered industry and competitive insights to help us understand the challenges they were solving and where they fit within the trade show industry.
We refreshed their logo while keeping the brand recognizable, created ADA-compliant brand guidelines, developed graphic treatments, and built a messaging framework that now carries across their website, marketing materials, and social content.
The website itself was more than a redesign. Through extensive SEO research, we uncovered opportunities to organize their services better and structure the site around how potential customers actually search. We customized a WordPress template that met their goals, stayed within budget, and allowed us to launch more efficiently without sacrificing quality.
